Dirty Bikes Rental Terms and Conditions
Dirty Bikes will do its best to deliver and pick up from locations at agreed upon times but force majeure or other exceptional circumstances (unusual traffic en route to drop-off or delivery) may cause delays. If there are changes to the pick-up location or time once the rental has started this must be communicated by confirmed email or direct telephone contact at least 48 hours before the bicycles are to be returned to Dirty Bikes.
Please note the following: cycling in our region is a very safe way to travel, and we have not had any bike thefts or any rental bikes with significant damage. However, we have to point out that insurance for bicycles does not exist in Argentina, and we thereby ask our rental customers for a guarantee in case theft or damage to the bike should exist. At the moment of pick-up of your bike, we will ask you to open and sign a voucher with your credit card, limited to the total value of the bike (which varies depending on the model). At the moment the bike rental ends, you will be returned the voucher, so that you can destroy it.
